Amy B. Dugger, M.S., CCC/SLP graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders. She is the founder of GrowMeMyo, LLC. With over 20 years of experience and a commitment to continuing her education, Amy has learned valuable treatment techniques to make therapy sessions and home programs as productive as possible. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech & Hearing Association. She has also completed training through the International Association of Orofacial Myology. Amy is PROMPT trained and has completed specialty continuing education including Beckman Oral Motor, several Talk Tools trainings and numerous other specialty feeding trainings. She is currently a member of the MyoMembership through Feed the Peds. Amy specializes in treating feeding disorders, motor speech disorders (Childhood Apraxia of Speech), autism and orofacial myofunctional disorders. In her spare time, you will find Amy spending time with her husband, Mark, and their family.
Katie P. Larkey, M.S., CF/SLP graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitative Health Sciences with a minor in Communicative Disorders. Katie has completed The Myo Method Course. Katie is passionate about treating children of all ages. In her spare time Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Jennifer L. Commons, M.S., CF/SLP, graduated from East Carolina University with a Master’s Degree in Communication Science and Disorders. Jennifer’s path to speech language pathology was made by her own son’s journey through feeding and speech difficulties and she aims to help other parents find the answers and help they seek. Jennifer has completed The Myo Method Course, Feed the Peds screening course and trainings in gestalt language processing. In her free time, Jennifer can be found with her family (and their various animals!) exploring and enjoying the outdoors.
Christa is our office manager. She has had previous experience managing a family owned business, working in physician offices and other health care facilities. Christa assists with insurance, initial intakes, referrals and billing. She keeps our office organized and running smoothly with her excellent organizational skills and management proficiency. In her spare time Christa enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
